Signs of robust growth in business investment and consumer spending sparked a relief rally that flew in the face of a few sour notes on the earnings docket. Krehbiel, Jr., and its Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Martin P. Slark, have adopted prearranged stock trading plans in order to diversify their investment portfolio and achieve liquidity. The stock trading plans were adopted in accordance with the guidelines specified under Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. Mr. Frederick Krehbiel's plan provides for the sale of up to $10 mln worth of MOLX stock during the balance of 2005 (commencing in mid-November), and up to $1.4 mln worth of co stock monthly from March 2006 through December 2006. Mr. John Krehbiel's plan provides for monthly sales of up to $1 mln worth of MOLX Class A stock from December 2005 through November 2006. Their respective sales will amount to a relatively small portion of their Molex stock ownership.
