Because the I.C.C's orders shifted certain revenues and credits between base rates and the purchase gas adjustment rider, the co ests that the actual annual net rev increase will be about $30.2 mln, compared to $34.7 mln under the prior order. Certain parties, including GAS, have appealed the I.C.C's rate case decision to the state appellate courts.
