1:04 pm PT Hyperdynamics' SCS signs protocol with the Republic of Guinea; current 2002 agreement to be replaced (HDY) 2.72 +0.12 : Co announces that as a result of the most recent trip to Guinea by Kent Watts, the company's chief executive, Ahmed Tidiane Souare, the minister of the mines and of the geology of the Republic of Guinea, agreed and signed a protocol to follow through with replacing the rights currently held by the co pursuant to the 2002 Production and Sharing Agreement, by establishing a new agreement with SCS Corp.

Gary Cook as a member of the Audit Committee, effective March 20, 2006. Cook has been a director of Trimeris since Feb 2000. Co also communicated that it received notification from Nasdaq on March 23, 2006, that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4350(d)(2), due to having only two audit members for two days. The letter further indicated that after Cook's appointment to the Audit Committee on March 20, 2006, the co was in compliance and Nasdaq considered the matter closed.
