2:29 pm PT Anadarko Petro beats by $0.53, announces capital budget for 2006 (APC) 105.59 +1.89 : Reports Q4 (Dec) earnings of $3.88 per share, excluding non-recurring items, $0.53 better than the Reuters Estimates consensus of $3.35; revenues rose 38.9% year/year to $2.25 bln vs the $2.01 bln consensus. APC also announced a 2006 capital budget of approximately $4 bln. The program is expected to deliver 4 to 8 percent production volume growth in 2006, or 165-171 mln barrels of oil equivalent, over 2005 volumes of 158 mln B.O.E.
