1:22 pm PT Cummins Expands Joint Venture in India to Boost Engine Production (CMI) 99.91 +5.99 : Cummins Inc. (CMI) and Tata Motors have signed an agreement that will allow their joint venture, Tata Cummins Ltd. (T.C.L.), to begin manufacturing the popular ISB engine in the near future. T.C.L. currently produces ~69K Cummins B Series engines a year. Under the agreement, T.C.L. will increase its total engine production to 100K units within two years and 120K units thereafter. The engines produced by T.C.L. will meet Euro 2, Euro 3 and Euro 4 Indian and European standards for diesel emissions. The estimated $60 mln needed for the expansion will be funded by T.C.L.'s ongoing cash flow and joint venture debt...

Says Cytogen Lawsuit Is Without Merit (AVM) 19.15 +0.53 : Co�announced that Cytogen Corp filed a lawsuit on January 25, 2006 against the company in Massachusetts Superior Court. The complaint includes claims of breach of contract, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraudulent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment related to a license and marketing agreement entered into in August 2000 between AVM and Cytogen granting Cytogen certain rights to Combidex and to ferumoxytol for oncology imaging applications only. AVM believes the lawsuit has no merit and plans to conduct a vigorous defense of the claims set forth in the complaint.
