3:40 pm PT Atlas America announces IPO of Atlas Pipeline (ATLS) 72.34 0.73 : Co announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary Atlas Pipeline has filed a registration statement with the SEC for an IPO of 3.6 mln common units, representing an approximate 17.1% limited partner interest in it. Upon completion of this offering, the partnership will own the general partner interest, all of the incentive distribution rights and an approximate 12.8% limited partner interest in Atlas Pipeline (APL), a publicly-traded midstream energy services provider.
2:14 pm PT Neoware Systems announces in an 8-K preliminary Q4 revenues of $29 mln, consensus $27.9 mln (NWRE) 27.11 -1.23 : Revenues for the qtr ended December 31, 2005 are expected to be approximately $29 mln compared to $20.5 mln in the prior year qtr, an increase of approx 42%. GAAP gross profit margin as a percentage of rev is expected to be around the mid point of the Co's guidance of 40% to 45%. Op expenses are expected to be in the same range as the prior sequential qtr as a percentage of rev.

Home sales during 05 declined 21% compared to the number of homes sold during 04. According to Douglas G. Borror, CEO, "New home sales in our markets and throughout the Midwest continued to be a challenge throughout the year. Co has taken steps to reduce land holdings, reduce selling, general and administrative expenses, including staff reductions, and continue to meet the market with significant discounting."
