1:01 pm PT Actuate acquires performancesoft for approx $16.5 mln (ACTU) : Co announces that it has acquired all of the outstanding shares of privately-held performancesoft, a provider of Performance Management software and services. The acquisition was an all-cash transaction with an initial purchase price of US$16.5 mln and additional contingent cash consideration of up to US$13.5 mln. On a non-GAAP basis, ACTU expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings by 4Q06 and approx breakeven for the full year of 2006.
